1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GelidWave's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GelidWave provides advanced lead generation services through AI-powered targeting and social media integration. Our services include:

  • Facebook and Instagram lead generation ($40 per qualified lead)
  • LinkedIn professional lead generation ($50 per qualified lead)
  • Multi-channel lead generation across all platforms ($60 per qualified lead)
  • Lead qualification and verification services
  • Real-time lead delivery and analytics

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must undergo our qualification process before accessing our services. GelidWave reserves the right to:

  • Review and approve all service applications
  • Reject applications that do not meet our criteria
  • Terminate services for clients who violate our terms
  • Modify qualification requirements at any time

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for all qualified leads delivered through our platform:

  • Pricing is per qualified lead as specified in our pricing structure
  • Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

GelidWave guarantees that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards:

  • Leads are verified for accuracy and relevance
  • Contact information is validated before delivery
  • Leads demonstrate genuine interest in your services
  • Replacement leads provided for any that fail to meet standards

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their business and target audience
  • Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

7. Limitation of Liability

GelidWave's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Client's failure to convert leads into sales
  • Third-party actions or omissions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. GelidWave may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Odessa, Texas.
